Better communication between hourly workers and upper management to see that problems are being solved as they arise by including employees insight into the situation.
Advice
The work experience is much more enjoyable if you work with people you can communicate and relate to effectively and enjoyably.

My co workers were very nice and helpful.

I didn't like the amount of hours I work, and I wish they didn't give so much to the point where I felt overworked. I also had to work overtime because people showed up late to there shift or didn't show up.
Advice
If your going to work in this position be prepared to feel over worked.

If you are disabled, even with a doctor's note, they will not accommodate you. I had told them in the interview and with the doctors note, they said no.

What I liked
I enjoyed constantly moving around and keeping busy. I liked assisting people by answering questions and concerns that people had. Overall, the fast-paced environment, as well as the satisfaction of helping people made my 8-9 hour shifts fly by!
What I wish was different
The management could have been better represented and helpful. Most of the managers were very demanding and tended to put their needs before the needs of the associates.
Advice
If you like moving around, helping people, and breaking a little sweat while getting payed a decent amount iof money, this is the job for you. Be prepared for 10+ hours of training before starting out.
Always own your training and be aggressive about your learning and development.

Probably the food choices. There isn't a place inside for associates to get food other than the deli and something from the shelves.

Remember everyone has a bad day, most of the time it happens while at the doctor's office and gets pulled over into the pharmacy. Do not let people get under your skin. It could just be a bad day for them.
